BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Nuskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of
the following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street,
to-wit:
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wiscmsin,
bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast of Section 5; thence North 00025'31" West, along the East line of said
Northeast 4, 308.22 feet; thence South 88°52'23" West, 210.00
feet; thence North 00°25'31" West, 203.08 feet to the place of
beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter described; thence
North 88052'23" East, 200.00 feet; thence North 00°25'31" West, 60.00 feet; thence South 8$O52'23" West, 364.68 feet; thence
164.66 feet; thence bouth 00025'31" East, 30.00 feet, to the
South 00025'31" East 30.00 feet; thence North $$052'2311 East,
place of beginning containing 0.39 acres.
All that part of the Northeast a of Section 5, Town 5
That the street discontinued and vacated by this reso-
lution is designated in red on a map hereto annexed and made a
part hereto as Exhibit "A"
