ESTABLISHING SEWER CHARGE FOR DUPLEX

WHEREAS, municipal sewers were provided the Ronald Olson
residence, W152 S7202 Hillside Drive, as of December 1, 1973,
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Mr. Olson owned
was billed to him, and
a duplex for wh?ch only a single sewer service charge
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has determined that it
would be fair and proper to assess Mr Olson a sewer
service charge on the basis of the duplex he owns from
December 1, 1973 to December 31, 1978 in the Rmount
of $279.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Sewer Committee, does hcreby assess Mr. Ronald Olson,
W192 S7202 Hillside Drive, the amount of $279.00 for
through December 31, 1978
sewer service charges not billed from December 1, 1973
