APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH J & J CLEANING
SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE OF CITY HALL-LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has been considering
contracting out the necessary custodial work for the
City Hall-Library rather than having it done by a
city employee, and
WHEREAS, J & J Cleaning Service is presently providing custodial work for the Police Department Building, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee is of the opinion that it
would be more economical for the city to have the
custodial work handled by a professional cleaning service,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
an agreement with J & J Cleaning Service to perform

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of such service shall
not exceed $450.00 per month for a period of six months
after which time a review of the agreement will take place
