- RESOLUTION # 26-79
RESOLUTION FOR RECREATION AIDS
(hrth Park)
WHEREAS, the 'City of Muskego is interested in developing
and ivroving lands as described in the application for public
outdoor recreation purposes, and
WHEREAS, financial aid is reauired to carry out the project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Muskego has
budgeted $13,695.00 which is available to develop and maintain
Kurth Park, and
HEREBY AUTHORIZES Fred Baewer, Director of Parks and
Recreation Department to act on behalf of the City of Muskego to:
; #- Submit application to the State of Wisconsin, Department of
Natural Resources, for such financial aid as may be available.

Take necessary action to undertake, direct and complete
i BE IT FURTHER PROVIDED that the City of Muskego will
comply with Title VI of Civil Rights Act of 1964 (PL 83-352);
will comply with State and Federal rules for the programs;
may perfom force account work; will maintain the completed
project in an attractive, inviting and safe manner; keep the
faciliti~es oven to the general public during reasonable hours
consistent with the type of facility; and will obtain from the State
of Misconsin, Department of Natural Resources, outdoor recreation use
of the project site.
