RESOLUTION FOR RECREATION AIDS
(Park Landscaping)
WHEREAS, the 'City of Muskego is interested in developing
a and improving lands as described in the application for public'
outdoor recreation purposes, and
WHEREAS, financial aid is reauired to carry out the project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Muskego has
budgeted $9500.00 which is available for maintaining Horn,
Idle Isle. and Schmidt Parks, and
HEREBY AUTHORIZES Fred Baewer, Director of Parks and
I Recreation Department to act on behalf of the City of Muskego to:
Submit application to the State of Wisconsin, Department of 3. Natural Resources, for such financial aid as may be available. I

Take necessary action to undertake, direct and complete
i the approved p roj ec t.
2 BE IT FURTHER PROVIDED that the City of Muskego will

comply with Title VI of Civil Rights Act of 1964 (PL 83-352);
will comply with State and Federal rules for the programs;
may perform force account work; will maintain the completed
project in an attractive, inviting and safe manner; keep the
faciliti.es open to the general public during reasonable hours
consistent with the type of facility; and will obtain from the State
of Wisconsin, Department of Natural Resources, outdoor recreation use,
of the project site.
