APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT - LAKE ERITTANY ESTATES
!.DDITION NO 1 -
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
received a request for avproval of a final plat of
Addition No. 1, and
a 24 lot subdivision known as Lake Brittany Estates
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the final plat of a
Addition No 1.
proposed subdivision known as Lake Brittany Estates
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
execution of an acceptable developer's agreement and
the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
