ESTABLISHING $200.00 CONNECTION CHARGE
FOR LAKE DENOON SEWER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the agreement executed between the Town of Norway
and the City of Muskego provides that $432,819.06 be paid by the City of Muskego to the Town of Norway Sewer District
as their part of the cost for construction of the treatment
plant, engineering, legal fees, etc., and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee had previously recommended
who will use the sewer and who have been charged a per front
that a $200.00 connection fee be charged to the property owners
foot assessment,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby establish a $200 00 connection fee
and have been charged a per front foot assessment.
for all property owners using the Lake Denoon sewer facilities
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $500.00 connection fee to the
property owner who has not paid a per front foot assessment
as set forth in Ch. 3, Sec. 3 10 (5) (f) of the city's Municipal
Code is still in effect
