AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR OFFICE EQUIPMENT
BETGJEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND TRW CUSTOMER SERVICE DIViSICIN
(Friden Adding Machine)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a proposed
one year maintenance agreement for a Friden office machine in
city hall with TRW Customer Service Division, be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT KESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby approve of an agreement between the City of Muskego
and TRW Customer Service Division for a one year maintenance
adding machine in city hall
agreement at a cost not to exceed $49.00 to service a Friden
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in behalf of the city
