AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS

(Capital Budget)
WHEREAS, the 1979 Capital Budget included $17,500.00 for
mobile radio units needed by the Muskego Volunteer Fire
Company, and
WHEREAS, Fire Chief Martin has requested that the monies
be released in order that the radios can be paid for, and
WHEREAS, the monies for the 1979 Capital Budget have not
been acquired, however, there are funds in the Unappropriated
Surplus from capital budget of previous years which could
be used on a temporary basis,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the release of
$17,500.00 from the Capital Budget Account. to the Muskego
Volunteer Fire Department for the purpose of purchasing
mobile radios
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds shall be taken from
the unappropriated surplus of the Capital Budget Account
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that those monies will be returned
to the unappropriated surplus of the Capital Budget Account
when funds needed for the 1979 C ita1 Budget have been
acquired. P3
