AUTHORIZING APPRAISAL OF PROPERTIES ON RACINE A(.”: AVENUE FOR PARK PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has requested that
Henneberry-Kaminsky properties which they hope to purchase
they be authorized to have an appraisal made of the
for the city, and
WHEREAS, funds have been provided in the 1978 Capital
Budget for land purchases,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Park and
Recreation Board to hire the firm of McCartan-Egan to
appraise the Henneberry-Kaminsky properties to determine
