DENIAL OF FINAL PLAT OF HOLIDAY PARK
WHEREAS, on December 18, 1978, the final plat of Holiday Park
Subdivision was submitted to the City Clerk, and e WHEREAS, the Plan Commission had previously approved the pre- liminary plat subject to favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and approving agencies, and
WHEREAS, on January 11, 1979, the Plan Commission adopted
Resolution #P.C. 6-79 recommending to the Common Council that
the final plat of Holiday Park be denied, and
WHEREAS, the denial was based on the following:
The Department of Local Affairs and Development (DUD)
has objected to the final plat as submitted
The final plat does not conform substantially to the
Revised Preliminary Plat because the 25' drainage easement
along the west boundary is not shown, the detention pond
is not shown with the proper drainage easements for the
detention area, and a 30' planting strip along Highway 24
is not shown
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby deny the final plat of - Holiday Park for the following
reasons :
The Department of Local Affairs and. Development (DUD)
has objected to the final plat as submitted,

The final plat does not conform substantially to the
