AUTHORIZING STREET Nk CHANGE
(Marlan Dr. to East Dr.)
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has been considering
the matter of changing the name of East Drive to Marlan
Drive in a new subdivisicn presently being developed, and
WHEREAS, residents of East Drive have objected to said
name change, and
WHEREAS, the developer of Marlan Meadows has indicated
he would have no objection to changing the name Marlan
Drive to East Drive,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESO1,VED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby officially change the n?.me
of Marlan Drive to East Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all residents and affected
persons be notifiec? of said change.
