SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING
REQUEST (Lake Denoon Area)
WHEREAS, a petition has been received by the Common Council from several landowners to rezone those lands in Sections
31 and 32 from R-1 and R-2 to RS-2, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Ch. 17, Section 3.07 of the
