AUTHORIZING A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR ADDRESSOGRAPH AND GRAPHOTYPE BETWEEN TEE CITY
OF MUSW,GO AND THE SLATER EQUIPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a proposed
Preventive Maintenance Agreement between the City of Muskego
and the Slater Equipment Company for the city's #1900 addresso-
graph and the #6300 graphotype be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Comittee,
does hereby approve of an agreement between the City of Muskego
Agreement for a $/1900 addressograph and a #6300 graphotype at
and the Slater Equipment Company for a Preventive Maintenance
a cost not to exceed $259.28 for the year 1979.
BE IT FURTHEF. RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement. in behalffyf the ci.ty.
