DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO INITIATE ACTION
FOR VACATION OF ROAD DEDICATION
(Area of Gold Drive)
WHEREAS, the Common Council had received a petiti.on from
Wayne Thielke and Thomas Ferguson requesting the vacation
of a road dedication measuring 60' x 335' extending west
from Gold Drive in the NEt of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that said road dedication be vccated,
THEREFORE, BE IT FXSOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of MuskPgo, upon the recomendation of the Plan
Commissicn, does hereby direct. the City Attorney to prepare
the necessary legal documents required to provide fcr the
vacating of the road dedication extending west of Gold
Drive measuring 60' x 335' as requested by Wayne Thielke
and Thomas Ferguson. 67 I
