ASSURANCES TO RALPH MARTIN
(Martin Dr. Reconstruction Project)
WHEREAS, the Common Council has authorized the Public
Works Committee to prepare plans and specifications for
the Martin Drive Reconstruction Project, and
WHEREAS, they have authorized the Public Works Committee
to hire an appraiser, and
WHEREAS, because of certain time limits a Right of Entry
document had to be executed in order that 75% federal
funding would not be lost, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ralph Martin and Mrs. Ethel Martin have
signed the Right to Enter document, subject to the
following:
(1) Provisions will be made to assure sufficient
driveway widths between the two barns
(2) The city will agree to build a new shed and
replace the well or pay Mr Martin the cost
well have to be removed
of the replacement in the event the shed and
Martin a fair market value for al1"'lands which
have to be taken for the project. The fair
market value will be established by a qualified
appraiser and would be subject to a review by
an appraiser of Mr. Martin's choice if he deems
it necessary
(3) The City of Muskego agrees they will pay Mr.
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Martin has requested that the above assurances
be given by the Common Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City
of Muskego wishes to assure Mr. Martin that they agree with
the above assurances
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Public Works Committee do whatever
is necessary to can be met.
