AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR RENTAL OF
FORMER POLICE BUILDING
WHEREAS, on June 13, 1978, the Common Council authorized a
six-month lease agreement between the City of Muskego and
Betty and Ed Buck for the rental of the former police
building on Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, said lease expires on December 17, 1978, and the
Buck's new home is approximately 75% completed, and
WHEREAS, the Bucks have requested a four-month extension
to their rental agreement with the city, and e WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a two-
month extension to the lease agreement be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby grant a two-month extension to the lease agreement
between the City of Muskego and Ed and Betty Buck for rental
of the former police building on Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said.agreement will expire on
February 17, 1979.
