RESOLUTION #233-78
APPROVING RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
OF MUSKEG0 AND WASHINGTON, OZAUKEE AND WAUKESHA
TRI-COUNTY NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR ELDERLY
WHEREAS, the Washington, Ozaukee and Waukesha Tri-County
Nutrition Program for the Elderly has again requested to use
Jensen Center as a location to provide food services to
the elderly, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an agreement be between the
City of Muskego and the W.O.W. Tri County Nutrition
Program for the Elderly again be executed, and
WHEREAS, the program has been of great benefit to the
elderly persons in the City of Muskego as well as
surrounding communities,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute an agreement between the city and the Washington,
Ozaukee and Waukesha Tri-County Nutrition Program for the
Elderly for use of Jensen Center for the year 1979.
