GRANTING PERMISSION FOR DRIVING SKILL CONTEST ON
LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has rece~:red a request from the
Muskego Corvette Club €or permission to hold their 3rd annual
driving skill contest on Little Muskego Lake (Gymkhanna), and
WHEREAS, Section 20.13 of the city's municipal code requires a
permit when it is anticipated that speeds would be in excess of
10 m.p.h., and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of a
permit subject to the submittal of the proper application and
further recommends that the $200.00 fee be waived,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, does hereby grant a permit to hold a driving skill contest
on Llttle Muskego Lake to the Muskego Corvette Club.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the license fee of $200.00 be waived
questionable whether' or not speeds would be.in excess of 10 m.p.h.
since only one contestant at a time would involved and it is
