RESOLUTION #231-78
GRANTING A PERMIT TO PAYNE & DOLAN OF WISCONSIN, INC
TO OPERATE A PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin, Inc. has requested permission
present location on Crowbar Road, and
to continue the operation of their portable asphalt plant at its
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission that said
request be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant a permit to Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin,
Inc., to operate their portable asphalt plant at its present loca-
tion on Crowbar Rgad, said permit to expire December l, 1979.
