AT SECOND STEP OF THE RANGE
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of September, 1978, the Common
of Court Clerk-Dispatcher at the following salary:
Council adopted Resolution 11198-78 creating the position

WHEREAS, the position has been filled by an employee within
which paid a salary of

WHEF-EAS, Police Chief Scholz has requested that he be
permitted to pay the new Court Clerk-Dispatcher at the
second step of the range ($726.14 Per Mo.) in order that
she does not have to take a cut in salary, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Conunittee has recommended the Common
Council approve the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
pay the employee filling the position of Court Clerk-Dis-
Committee, does hereby authorize Police Chief Scholz to
patcher at the second step of the range ($726.14 Per Mo.)
