AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN
ASSOCIATED HOSPITAL SERVICES AND THE CITY OF
%lIJSKEGO FOR THE YEAR 1979
WHEREAS, the City of !Suskego has been under contract with
Associated Hospital Services to provide Blue Cross - Blue
Shield to employees of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Finance committee has recommended that the City
of Muskego renew their contract with Associated. Hospital
Services, Inc. to cover employees for the year 1979.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Nuskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve of the renewal of their contract
Blue Shield insurance to employees of the City of Muskego for
the year 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the contract in the name of the city.
