AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, on the 9th day of May, 1978, the Common Council
adopted Resolution 11101-78 authorizing the City Attorney

City of Muskego does hereby approve of the settlement agree-
ment between James and Barbara Arrington and the City of
Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized
to pay to the grantor (Arrington) $800.00 for a condemnation
award and damages for the granting of an easement and
$6,500.00 for severance damages to and depreciation in value
of the remaining tract of land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the
