APPROVAL OF DEVELOPER’S AGREEFEENT FOR
SANDY KNOLL SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of October, 1978, the Commdn
Council approved the final plat of a 29 lot subdivision
located in the SEL, of Section 2 known as Sandy Knoll,
and
WHEREAS, the developers of the proposed subdivision have
now requested that the Subdivider’s Agreement, as submitted,
be approved, and
WHEREAS, the agreement has been reviewed by the city‘s
Zoning Officer,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Ccuncil of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the subdivider‘s
agreement for a 29 lot subdivision located in the SEk of
Section 2 known as Sandy Knoll as submitted by the dev-
elopers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement is subject to
the approval of the City Attorney.
