APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT
FOR. MARLAN MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
received a request for approval of a final plat and a sub-
divider's agreement for a 69 lot subdivision located in
and
the SEL, of Section 4 known as Marlan Meadows Subdivision,
WHEREAS, on April 25, 1978, the Common Council adopted
Resolution #70-78, As Amended, approving the preliminary
plat of the proposed subdivision, and
WHERF.AS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskegc., upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the final plat of the
as Marlan Meadows.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subdivider's Agreement,
as presented by the developers, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of all objecting and approving agencies and the Mayor.
