APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Woodland Estates)
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval
Vernon known as Woodland Estates, and
of a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
WEEREAS, it is located within the three-mile limit of
the City of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-
territorial powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the
Common Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat
Woodland Estates.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to
approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
