APPROVAL OF FINPL PLAT OF WEST VIEW SUBDIVISION
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for
the final plat f0r.a subdivision in the Town of Norway
known as West View Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the final plat of a
proposed subdivision known as West View Subdivision located
in the Town of Norway
