APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

Council to finalize a one parcel division of land of the Robert
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the Common
Adams property located on Pioneer Drive in the SWa of Section
9, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
proposed division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Nuskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby 0 approve of the certified survey map to finalize a one parcel division
of Section 9.
of the Robert Adams property located on Pioneer Drive in the SWi
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval is subject to the approval
of the City's Engineers.
