DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskgo has
Meadowdale Subdivision by Willard E. Anderson, and
been petitioned for legal status for Lot 9 Block 2
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial
of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Willard E. Anderson for legal status for Lot 9 Block 2,
Plan Commission, does hereby deny the request of
Meadowdale Subdivision.
