WITH PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LABOR AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the Finance Comittee has recommended that the
settlement of the 1978 labor agreement with the Department
of Public Works be approved, and
WHEREAS, the settlement includes the following:
One floating holiday
6YL increase in salary
One additional half day holiday - December 31st
Full payment of hospitalization plan
Additional 10~ per hour for mechanic in garage
Payment of retroactive pay for 1975 in the amount
of $40.00 per man
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Comittee,
does hereby approve of the proposed labor contract with the
Department of Public Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the negotiating team is author-
ized to execute the necessary agreement in the name of the
city.
