DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Area of Valley Drive)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego that a parcel of land in the SW 114 of
Section 9 be rezoned from RSM and RS-3 to RS-2 to permit
development of a 10 parcel subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
ordinance to amend the zoning district map of the City by
does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the necessary
rezoning the fcllowing described property from RSM and RS-3 to
RS-2:to permit
That portion of the SW 114 of Section 9 known as
'Valley Square" and
That portion of the SW 114 of Section 9 scuth of the
Adams properties and that portion wes.t of Valley Square
Valley Squart parcel being a portion of the Pufall and
parcel being a portion of the Kelly property.
