AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR PLAN COMMISSION
TO CONSIDER ORDINANCE #357 AND $1358

WHEREAS, the Common Council referred Ordinance $1357 and
Ordinance $1358 back to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance requires
the Plan Commission must make their recommendation to
the Council within 30 days unless granted additional
time by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has requested an additional
60 days in order that a complete review of the matter
involved in the ordinances can be conducted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant the Plan Commission an
additional 60 days to respond to the re-.re~ferral of Ordinances
8257 and 11258 in order that a complete review of the
matter can be made.
