APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
Sunset Farms - Add. #1
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval of a
revised preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon
known as Sunset Farms - Addition #1, and
WHEREAS, on August 8, 1978, the Common Council adopted Resolution
#165-78 which approved the preliminary plat of said subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, a revised preliminary plat reducing the number of lots
from 29 to 25 has been submitted for approval,
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of Muskego
and therefore falls under the extra-territorial powers of the city,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common Council
approval of the revised preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission does hereby
approve of the revised preliminary plat of a proposed subdivision
in the Town of Vernon known as Sunset Farms - Addition #l.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval
of all objecting and approving agencies.
