APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF HEATHER RIDGE ESTATES ADD. #2
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for the final
plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon, known as Heather Ridge
Estates Add #2, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of Muskego
and therefkre falls under the extra-territorial powers of the city,
and 1
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common Council
approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the final plat of a proposed sub-
division known as Heather Ridge Estates Add #2, located in the
Town of Vernon.
