ACCEPTANCE OF STATE GRANT-IN-AIDS FOR
SEWER PROJECTS

WHEREAS, on the 28th day of December, 1976, Ehe Common
Mayor to apply for grand-in-aid funds from the Department
Council adopted Resolution 8247-76, authorizing the
of Natural Resources, and
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of September, 1978, the city
received a State grant-in-aid offer of water poliution abatement in the Freedom Acres and Bay Lawn Subdivisions
in the amount of $98,114.00, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer requires the adoption of
a resolution by the Common Council authorizing the Mayor
to accept the offer,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer from the
Department of Natural Resources in the amount of $98,114 00
for Water Pollution Abatement Projects MSS-1-76 acd MSS-2-76
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
execute the necessary documents in the name of the city
