I APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK

~ INSTALLATION
hHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request from
W194 S7060 Hillendale Drive, (former Country Corner Tavern),
Donald and Coreen Lavery to install a holding tank at

WHEREAS, the necessary bond and agreement have been
executed, and
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Health Department has
a holding tank, and
indicated that they will approve of the installation of
WHEREAS, the installation of the holding tank is in the
public interest,
THEkEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Donald and Coreen Lavery for the installation of a holding
the'City of Muskego does hereby approve of the request of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
final approval by the Waukesha County Healty Department.
