I APPROVAL OF DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR I
! RICHARD ZACH - FROELICH PROPERTY
LVEREAS, on the 12th day of September, 1978, the Common
Council approved a cercified survey map which had been
of the Clarence Froelich property located on Gold Drive
submitted by Mr. Richard Zach for a four-pal-cel division
in the SEk of Section 5, and
IJHEREAS, Hr Zach has now requested that a developer's
agreenent for the above division be approved,
THERGFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council of the
agreTment subnitted by Mr Richard Zach for a division
City of Muskego does hereby approve of a subdivider's
of the Clarence Froelich property located on Gold Drive
in t$e SEk of Section 5
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement is subject to
the zpproval of the City Attorney
