I APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a~ certified survey map has been submitted to the Common
property located at W180 S7859 Pioneer Drive in the SWt of Section
Council to1 finalize a one parcel division of land of the Les Pufall

WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
proposed division,
THERE FORE,^ BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
hereby approve of the certified survey map to finalize a one parcel
division of the Les Pufall property located at W180 57859 Pioneer
Drive in the SW+ of Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval is subject to the approval
of the City's Engineers.
