GRANTING PERMISSION FOR DRIVING SKILL CONTEST ON
BIG MUSKEGO LAKE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from an
organization known as Badgerland TNT, 4x4,Club, for permission
to hold a driving skill contest on Big Muskego Lake on January 28,
1979 and February 18, 1979, and
WHEREAS, Section 20.13 of the city‘s municipal code requires
a permit whe,n it is anticipated that speeds would be in excess
of 10 m.p.h.1, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of
a permit subject to the submittal of the proper application
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby grant a permit to hold a driving
4x4, Club, dn January 28, 1979 and February 18, 1979.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the license fee of $200.00 be
waived since only one contestant at a time would be involved
and it is questionable whether or not speeds would be in
excess of 1C) m.p.h.
and further irecommends that the $200.00 fee be waived,
