WHEREAS, dids had been advertised for the installation of
concrete invert from Bristlecone Lane to Woods Road in the
Fountainwood area, and
WHEREAS, dhe following bid has been received:

WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the city's consulting
engineers ithat the bid of Brookfield Culvert Company in the

THEREFOREj BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the city's consulting
engineers! does hereby accept the bid of Brookfield Culvert
Company iri the amount of $31,900.00.
BE IT FlJRjHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorizeh to execute the necessary documents in the name of
the city. 1
