APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
THE MEADOWS
WHEREAS, on August 22, 1978 the Common Coupcil adopted Reso-
lution 8178-78 (As Amended) disapproving the Preliminary Plat
of The Meadows, and
WHEREAS, on September 5, 1978, the Plan Commis,sion once again
reviewed with the developer and residents of the Lake Denoon
area, a Preliminary Plat which had been re-submitted by Mr.
Stanley J. Potrykus, and
WHEREAS, on the above date the Plan Commission unanimously
adopted Resolution #P. C. 149-78 recommending that the Common
Council approve the Preliminary Plat of The Meadows subject to
the following
1 The street names be changed so as not to be
synonyrrous with existing city street nanes.
2. The Common Council approves the RS-2 OPD zoning.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for a proposed
subdivision known as "The Xeadows" located in the E112 of
Section 31, subject to the following conditions
1 The street names be changed so as not to be
2. The Comon Council approves the RS-2 OPD zoning
synonymous with existing city street names.
3. A drainage plan acceptable to the Public Works
Committee be submitted by the developer Said
will be taken to protect Lake Denoon from excessive
drainage plan to show specifically the steps which
errosion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is also subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from the objecting agencies
