TRANSFER OF ANY AND ALL INTEREST IN LAND
OAK RIDGE UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, The City has received a request from Mr. Jeffrey Olson,
S68 W17909 East Drive, to receive title to a parcel of land
30' x 70' and apparently is land-locked, and
imediately adjacent to his property which is approximately
WHEREAS a review by the assessor indicates that the parcel of
land is apparently a remnant from a division or sale of land
made many years ago, and that as far as he can determine no one
has title, and he considered it as being owned by the City, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission and the Public Works Committee have
recommended that the parcel of land be quit claimed to Mr. Olson
and Mr Rohde, S68 W17921 East Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the
necessary documents which would convey the remnant parcel to
Mr. Jeffrey Olson, S68 W17909 East Drive and Mr. R Rohde,
S68 W17921 East Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and the Mayor are authorized
to sign these documents on behalf of the City
