INITIATING THE REZONING OF CERTAIN LAND IN SECTION 16
(AMERICAN COLLEGE)
WHEREAS on the 11th day of July, 1978, the Common Council
adopted Resolution #147-78 which directed the Plan Commission
to review the American College situation to determine if some
other alternative which would be acceptable to the City is
available, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has recommended that the Common
which would remove the OIP zoning from the following described
Council initiate on its own motion a change in the,zoning map
land :
That portion of property located in the south half of
Section 16 known as Parcel C and Parcel D, recorded
American College, W182. S8450 Racine Avenue
in Waukesha County Records, more generally known as e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby initiate the action necessary to rezone the
following described land from RS-1 (OIP) to RS-1
