APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a four-parcel division of the
former Clarence J. Froelich property located on Gold Drive
in the SE 114 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the four-parcel division subject to the following conditions;
that access to Parcels 1 and 2 shall be from Tans Drive,
division is approved by the City Engineer and that an acceptable
developer's agreement be submitted and approved by the
Common Council.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the four-parcel
division of property submitted by Richard Zach, providing
all conditions of the above be met. I
