DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF

I WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego that a parcel of land owned by
Section 31 be rezoned from R-2 and R-l to RS-2 OPD, and
Sitanley Potrykus (former Nettesheim farm) located in
W!EREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Pslan Commission, does hereby dirbct the City Attorney
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
t,o draft the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning
d;istrict map of the city by rezoning the following
d,escribed property from R-s and R-l to RS-2 OPD.
