APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY h!AP
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a three acre division of the
Ed and Larry Stefaniak property in the NW 114 of Section 21,
and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the three acre division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey map
submitted by Ed and Larry Stefaniak for a three acre
division of their property in the NW 114 of Section 21.
BE IT1 FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer.
