I AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING OF FUNDS TO THE

RESOLUTION #170-78
LITTLE MUSKLGO LAKE PROTECTION AND
REHABILITATION DISTRICT
($18,000.00)
WHERE AS^, the annual meeting of the Little Muskego Lake
Prptectlion and Rehabilitation District held in September,
1977, authorized the Board of Commissioners to borrow up
to $16,000.00 for the purpose of converting the weed
transpo'rter into a second weed cutter, and
WHEREASI, the work has been completed and the city has
sufficient monies to borrow to the District to cover the
cost, and
WHEREASI, the City Attorney has advised the Common Council.
that the city has the power to borrow monies to the
District, if available, and
WHERE AS^, it would be in the best interest of the city and
the res;idents living within the Lake District to approve
the loan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of^ Muskego, upon the request of the Little Muskego
Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District Board of
Commissioners, does hereby authorize the borrowing of
$18,000.00 to the District at an interest rate of 8 per cent.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is authorized
to draft the necessary documents and the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute those documents in the name of the
