DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE TO
AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
(Wisconsin Emporium)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City 'of Muskego that a parcel of land owned by Wisconsin
Emporium in Section 8 be rezoned from B-2 to RS-2, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the necessary
ordinance to amend the zoning district nap of the City by
rezoning the following described property from B-2 to RS-2:
'Pt of the SEi of the SES of Sec. 8 located
on the northwest corner of Racine Ave. and
S.T.H. 24.
