APPROVAL OF LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
David Laczniak for legal lot status of Lot 23 in the Kirkwood
Manor Addn. 81 Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recornended approval of the
request, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City
hereby grant legal lot status for Lot 23 in the Kirkwood Manor
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
Addn. 111 Subdivision.
