APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Town of Vernon)
Sunset Farms - Add. #1
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval of
known as Sunset Farms - Addition #1, and
a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of' Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission
does hereby approve of the preliminary plat of a proposed
subdivision in the Town of Vernon known as Sunset Farms -
Addition #1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
approval of all objecting and approving agencies. ~.
